Each phase represents a discrete project module, designed to be purchased independently or as part of a full transformation journey. Whether you're at the start, mid-flight, or in need of help recovering a derailed project, our model adapts to your needs.

  • What does your current backend look like? What systems are integrated and how? 

    What are obvious weaknesses (e.g. processes relying on google sheets)? 

    What should your backend look like? ERP? ERP + WMS? WMS only? 

    We will invest just a few days to interview, do internal internships, to come up with a rough guideline for what your backend IT should look like.

    Investment: 2-5 days

    Timeline: 2 weeks.

  • Knowing clear what systems we need, we need to find the right vendor. We dive deeper into the specific needs for your organisation. We create a scorecard, invite contenders, come to a shortlist, present recommendations to decisionmakers. 

    Investment: 2-3 days per week

    Timeline: 1-2 months.

  • What would the full implementation look like? What is a rough timeline? 

    What resources do we need? What people need to be available & on board? What investments in customisations do we (already) know are needed? 

    What are risks and how to mitigate?

    Investment: 2-3 days per week

    Timeline: 1 months.

  • Having done phase 1 -3, we have a detailed plan to implement your new software backend. Now it’s time to execute.

  • When you're halfway through and off-track: If your transformation is drifting, we intervene quickly and decisively to get you back on track—realigning scope, resourcing, and delivery cadence.
